At Ekirabo, we aim to keep our customers happy with their purchases. However, if you receive a damaged product or encounter a production issue, we are here to help.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a production issue, you may choose to receive either a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our customer service team at sales@ekirabo.com or through our contact form within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate this process.

Returns

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized products. All sales of customized items are final, as these products are made specifically for you.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that all postage expenses for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 100$ to ensure that the product arrives safely at our facility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or send a replacement as per your choice. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
